The VNAP Quarterly Sync Meetings provide a recurring, collaborative forum for aviation stakeholders across the region to share, learn, and improve noise-conscious flying practices. Held at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport, these sessions bring together flight schools, airport users, and leadership from neighboring airports to strengthen regional coordination around voluntary noise abatement efforts.
Participants are encouraged to:
Present and compare their current VNAP programs and procedures
Share data and experiences related to pilot feedback and community concerns
Identify recurring challenges faced by pilots and instructors when complying with noise abatement procedures
Collaborate on strategies to improve pilot awareness and training related to noise sensitivity
Align messaging and outreach tools to better serve both pilots and residents
The standups are an opportunity to foster transparency, reinforce best practices, and work together to promote quieter skies across the Front Range.
